Description
Welcome to the DAS for the hiring of Educational Support Personnel for the Laurentius Foundation. Through this DAS, Teaching Support Personnel are lawfully hired on a secondment basis at an hourly rate that cannot be contracted through the already tendered framework agreements with temporary employment agencies (lot 1) and secondment agencies (lot 2). Teaching Personnel means: teachers, instructors, trainers/supervisors.The Principal reserves the right to withdraw a current call for tenders in this DAS if it has been filled through another channel.This DAS aims to appeal to a diversity of providers and to bring together supply and demand in the best possible way.This DAS is published under the Procurement Act 2012, and is therefore subject to the European Directive 2014/24/EU.
The scope of the contract cannot be expressed financially. The contract includes all the deployment of Education Support Staff still needed for an organization like Laurentius Foundation with 9000 students and 900 employees.
