Service; Scope of service:; The sewage sludge utilization plant is located in Bergen auf Rügen. The plant capacity of the fluidized bed incineration is approx. 2,500 tons of sewage sludge (dry substance) per year. The waste heat generated is decoupled in a thermal oil boiler system. A total of five heat exchangers are installed. Two of the heat exchangers in this boiler system are subject to regular heavy contamination due to hard mineral incrustations and require annual cleaning. The aim is to remove the impurities from the two heat exchangers in question by cleaning them once a year and using suitable machines and aids to ensure that the heat exchangers function optimally and properly. The contractor shall provide the following services in this context: Provision of big bags, closed design, to avoid; dusting, pulling the heat exchanger D and ensuring extraction by; enclosure to avoid and reduce dusting with the support of the staff of; ZWAR, cleaning the heat exchangers and transferring the material (waste) into big bags; In the course of cleaning, it is necessary to shut down the plant. Due to the vacation season on the island of Rügen, which starts every year at the beginning to middle of May, cleaning must be carried out between the months of November and March, i.e. winter and spring, in order to ensure that the system functions properly at the start of the season. An exact date must be agreed individually with the ZWAR contact persons for each year.
