Description
The Corporación Municipal de Educación, Salud y Atención de Menores de Puente Alto, hereinafter the Corporation, or, the principal, requires to contract through this public bidding, the general preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance service, supply of equipment and spare parts for the drinking water pump room and sanitary impulsion equipment, under the conditions established in these terms and conditions.
General preventive maintenance includes all actions aimed at maintaining the continuity of operation of the equipment, being the responsibility of the contracting company the correct operation after each intervention.
Corrective maintenance is the process that consists of locating and correcting breakdowns or malfunctions that are preventing the machine or equipment from performing its function normally. Likewise, emergency service shall be understood as any service that is not planned in advance, such as preventive and corrective maintenance, and whose primary objective is to mitigate a catastrophic failure in the operation and functioning of the unit, whether the failure was caused by a catastrophic event or by unforeseeable causes.
The contract will be governed by the Administrative Bases, the Technical Bases and all the background information issued by the Principal, clarifications, official notices and annexes for the aforementioned Bidding.
