Chile - Serv. Food hyrp-hddia mental health network

Description

The purpose of this tender is to contract a comprehensive food service for the users of the Child and Adolescent Day Hospital and the Mental Health Network's Sheltered Homes and Residences, under the Tarapacá Health Service, in the Iquique and Alto Hospicio communities. The food service must ensure the timely, continuous and quality provision of food rations, including breakfast, snack, lunch, eleven and dinner, according to the needs of each user and according to the different diets required for the treatment of eating disorders, food allergies and other health conditions, such as diabetes, celiac disease, among others.

The distribution of rations will be carried out in the following facilities:
- Commune of Iquique:
o Hospital de Dia Infanto Adolescente, located at Hernán Fuenzalida 1469.
o Protected Residence N°1, located at Pasaje Pampa Engañadora 2934.
o Hogar Protegido N°1, located at Pasaje N°1 3417.
o Hogar Protegido N°2, located at Pasaje Salitrera Dolores 3018.
- Comuna de Alto Hospicio:
o Residencia Protegida N°2, located at Pasaje Salitrera La Noria 3716.
o Protected Residence N°3, located at Pasaje Salitrera La Noria 3751.
