Description
The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a ten (10) year full service lease with Government termination rights, in whole or in part, effective at any time by providing not less than 60 days' prior written notice for approximately 12,500 usable square feet of medical office space located within a ¼ mile radius of 55 Centennial Parkway, Cameron, NC 28326. The space shall be move-in ready by August 10, 2025, containing no less than 18 Exam Rooms, 2 Pediatric Screening Areas, 2 Group Rooms, minimum of 1 Behavioral Health Room, 1 Treatment Room, 5 Patient Restrooms, 2 Public Restrooms, 1 Blood Draw/Immunization Room, 1 Laboratory, 1 Pharmacy, 1 Conference/Training Room, along with 1 Waiting Area. Facility must also contain adequate exclusive parking spaces for approximately 100 vehicles. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations, along with all safety and security standards set forth in the lease. Must use Government Lease.
