Description

This consultation is part of the security of Semitan's sites in Nantes and its metropolitan area, and covers the security, surveillance and remote surveillance of Semitan's sites by qualified security agents, broken down as follows:- security guard: physical presence of a security agent on a depot. Posted in a dressing room at the entrance to the depot, it handles access management and video surveillance tools. It also carries out predefined monitoring and verification rounds,- surveillance: predefined outdoor pedestrian rounds carried out by a security agent,- remote surveillance: sites under alarm linked to a remote monitoring centre. Intervention of an agent upon activation of an alarm: the contract consists of a fixed fixed base and a part with purchase orders for punctual and additional services compared to the basic contract. Details of this breakdown are provided in the CCTP and purchase orders will be issued as needs arise. In accordance with Article R. 2122-7 of the French Public Procurement Code, the contract may be the subject of additional contracts for similar services. This element is detailed in the contractual documents of the DCE.The sites and places of performance of the services are: - Dalby (3 rue Bellier 44046 Nantes),- Le Bêle (70 rue du Bêle 44300 Nantes),- Marcel Paul (9 avenue des Lions 44800 Saint Herblain),- Trentemoult (11 rue Ordronneau 44400 Rezé),- Trocardière (120 rue de la Trocardière 44400 Rezé),- La Vertonne (Avenue de la Vertonne 44120 Vertou).
