Description

The present report concerns the security assistance and reception missions of INB 39 - Masurca and INB 22 Pégase - Cascad and ICPE D20 and includes an operational phase (36 months for INB 39 and 30 months for INB 22 and ICPE D20):- assistance to safety/environment in the field, including the management of operational documents (prevention plans, fire permits...) and surveillance and monitoring rounds;- the administrative part, including access management (and associated files) and the reception of responders.This part is carried out from the surveillance and operation office (INB 39 - Masurca), with an incoming reversibility option for each installation for a period of one month each. There is an outgoing reversibility phase lasting one month (included in the operational phase) and an extension option for an additional six (6) months, renewable once (1).
Firm and lump-sum services for the operational phase:- assistance with security in the field;- assistance with security: administrative part including access and reception;- assistance with document security;- assistance with environmental and security monitoring.Non fixed price services:- specific studies in the field of safety;- specific assistance for specific follow-up of an action related to safety and/or a building site;- monitoring of a building site outside normal working hours (6.00 to 7.55 and 16.35 to 19.00);- specific training (ATEX, chemical risks, etc.).Optional services:Option 1: inbound reversibility phaseAs set out in § 2.1.1 of the specifications, this contract includes an inbound reversibility option lasting one month per installation. Option 2: ExtensionAs set out in section 2.1.2 of the SOW, this Contract includes an Extension Option for an additional six (6) months, renewable once (1). This renewal option shall be exercised by the CEA, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt with three (3) months' notice before the effective date. Option 3: outward reversibilityAs set out in section 2.1.The firm duration of the contract is 36 months for INB 39-Masurca and 30 months for INB 22 Pégase-Cascad and ICPE D20. The total, firm and optional duration of the contract is 49 months for INB 39-Masurca and 43 months for INB 22 Pégase-Cascad and ICPE D20. Benefits will start on the T0 date set for 1.5.2021 (for LDMA) and 1.11.2021 (for LEPC). If the incoming reversibility option is exercised for NBU, then benefits will commence on T0 on 1.4.2021 (for LDMA) and on 1.10.2021 (for LEPC).
