The Centre de services scolaires des Premières-Seigneuries (CSSPS) is launching a public call for tenders for the supply of dynamic chairs and stools for school use, as part of the implementation of flexible classrooms in its establishments.

The purpose of this call for tenders, number 24-420-MAO-03, is to enter into a standing contract with one or more suppliers, for a firm 36-month period.

Main features required:
Ergonomic, durable chairs and stools suitable for intensive school use (8 hours a day);
Dynamic, adjustable chairs and stools with reclining backrests that allow user movement;
Safe design, BIFMA-compliant or equivalent;
Customization options (dimensions, colors, etc.);
Minimum 10-year warranty.
Supplier responsibilities :
Provision of after-sales service including technical support and repair, with 24-hour response time and 10-day repair or replacement time;
Possibility of offering equivalent products subject to prior validation by the CSSPS.
