Description
SBO Servicebetriebe Oberhausen (hereinafter: SBO), a municipal enterprise of the City of Oberhausen, intends to procure gas for buildings, properties, lighting and traffic light systems as well as other public facilities of the City of Oberhausen as the contracting authority within the framework of a so-called tranche\/portfolio procurement model from 01.01.2025. SBO will also carry out the aforementioned gas procurement by way of joint procurement within the meaning of Section 4 (1) sentence 1 VgV for the consumption points of TZU Technologiezentrum Umweltschutz Management GmbH (hereinafter: TZU), which is also a contracting authority. The award of the contract therefore relates to two independent contracts. The SBO is in charge of the present award procedure. Insofar as the term "contracting authority" is used below, this always refers to TZU as well.
