Description

The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals for an established SAP Business ByDesign (“SAP ByD”) firm to act as a strategic and operational partner. See Statement of Work (Section C) for detailed requirements.
The Contractor will provide, but not limited to, the following:
a. To serve as a strategic advisor to proactively identify improvement opportunities to DC’s operations as they relate to SAP ByD;
b. To lead SAP ByD business improvement projects and implement short, medium-term and possible longer-term improvements to SAP ByD systems and operations across Finance and Procurement;
c. To ensure effective interfacing between SAP ByD and other DC systems, including but not limited to DC’s expense management system (ChromeRiver);
d. To resolve issues (or tickets) in a timely manner based on prioritization as well as support and maintain updates to the SAP ByD system; and
e. To provide SAP ByD training, self-serve manuals and other support to DC teams as required.
