Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, has been tasked to solicit and award a Design-Bid-Build competitive negotiated procurement in order to obtain construction services for the Russellville, Arkansas, Prairie Creek Small Flood Risk Management Project, Pope County, Arkansas. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The U.S. Small Business Size Standard is $45M. the work includes channel widening and straightening for approximately 0.9 miles of Prairie Creek in downtown Russellville, AR (from currently 20 ft wide to 60 ft wide at project description. Work also includes the removal and replacement of bridges at Parkway Avenue and Commerce Street in downtown Russellville, demolition and removal of existing uninhabited structures and the relocation of electrical utilities at select building locations along Prairie Creek.
