Description
The commune of Quintero, being a place with a high tourist attraction, due to its particular and diverse geography, is required to maintain in perfect condition the cleanliness and ornament, for which the collection, transportation and final disposal service must be executed in an optimal and efficient manner to ensure cleanliness and maintenance free of all types of waste.
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate and describe the public bidding process for the "Concession of the collection, transportation and final disposal of household solid waste, hereinafter referred to as RSD of the Quintero commune", in order to comply with the legal mandate established in Article 3 letter f of the Organic Constitutional Law 18.695 of Municipalities, which establishes as a private function those related to household cleaning and ornamentation of the commune.
