Renovation, addition of storeys and extension of the listed Röwekamp elementary school - invitation to tender for the technical planning of the technical building services for building services 1 - 9.
The listed Röwekamp elementary school from 1896, a two-form entry school in Oldenburg with three storeys, was extended by a two-storey extension in 2009. The usable area is approx. 1360 m². As part of the conversion to an all-day school, the building is to undergo comprehensive refurbishment and a barrier-free design as well as energy efficiency upgrades:
