The elementary school located on the Rosenberg green corridor with its open spaces has also been upgraded. Directly adjacent to the planned measure to the north is a green area of the elementary school, where a path made of water-bound path surface and a balancing play equipment have been installed. The planned paving is to take up the alignment of the adjacent water-bound path. The core area of the area to be worked on is a green space with paths made of water-bound path surface, concrete block paving, clinker paving and footpaths. The green space can be described as a narrow passageway (in the south at the narrowest point with a width of approx. 18 m) with selective widening. Apart from the existing access roads, the area borders on private garden areas from the east and west with various boundaries such as walls or bar fences. The vegetation consists of trees, some of which are characteristic of the area, as well as shrubs and lawns. In the area of the planned multi-sports field, there is a sports area made of a water-bound path surface with edged stone edging, parts of which are to serve as a substructure for the planned asphalt surface. There are various fixtures in this area, including litter garbage cans, youth benches and soccer goals, which are to be rearranged or upgraded as part of the project.
