Failure to comply with BC Bid requirements is at the supplier’s own risk and BC Hydro does not assume any responsibility for the consequences of such non-compliance, including the supplier’s inability to submit a response to this or any other BC Hydro opportunity. *** Opportunity Details ***BC Hydro is seeking a supplier for specialized in-person and web-based training services to implement “5-Why Cause Mapping® Root Cause Analysis” in investigations aimed at preventing incidents affecting people, assets, and the environment. The scope includes web-based eLearning modules, multi-day in-person courses at various locations in British Columbia, and 24/7 support for investigations. Requirements include access to proprietary Cause Mapping® materials, and no mandatory site visit is specified. The work will be performed at multiple BC Hydro locations, and confidentiality requirements must be adhered to as per BC FOIPPA.The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (3) years, which may be extended for up to (2) year(s) through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (5) years.This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.All responses should be in English.
