Description

The subject of the contract is a sensitive construction work concerning the modernization of the facade of office building no. 9 together with the replacement of the roof truss at 2 Rakowiecka Street in Warsaw, as part of task no. 80094 "Modernization of the facade, roof truss and installation of the gutter and drain pipes heating system for building no. 9, 2 Rakowiecka Street, Warsaw".2. The building is entered into the municipal register of monuments of the Capital City of Warsaw - Order no. 2998/2012. The description of the subject of the contract also includes design and cost estimate documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works.4. The following types of activities related to the performance of construction works, which require employment on the basis of an employment contract.1) Types of activities performed by persons performing independent technical functions: a) activities related to construction management, referred to in Article 22 of the Construction Law Act (site manager); b) activities related to management of construction works and their supervision, referred to in Article 22 of the Construction Law Act (construction work managers) in the following specialties: - construction and construction, - installation in the field of networks, heating, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage systems and devices, - installation in the field of networks, electrical and power installations and devices.) Types of activities performed by persons performing construction works on the construction site pursuant to Article 3, section 7 of the Construction Law Act: a) activities related to the preparation of the construction site (CPV 45100000); b) activities related to the erection of complete buildings or parts thereof (45200000); c) activities related to the execution of construction installations (CPV 45300000); d) activities related to the execution of finishing works (CPV 45400000).For Contractors invited to submit bids, after prior appointment, the Contracting Authority envisages organizing a site inspection in the building where construction works will be performed and access to the post-execution documentation of SSWiN, fire brigade of TSN, which has a confidential clause.
