This is an intended restricted invitation to tender according to VOB.

Roofing and roof plumbing work, carpentry and timber construction work according to DIN 18 338, 18 334

construction site equipment:
- in compliance with the specified tree protection measures of the lower nature conservation authority
- incl. installation of a black and white plant
- Protective measures (ventilation system)

Demolition work:
- Demolition of asbestos cement shingles (by hand).
- Demolition of bitumen sheeting containing asbestos and of roof sheathing with bitumen adhesion
- Demolition of KMF-containing inter-rafter insulation in the area of the Kalabscha Gate
- Dismantling of rainwater drainage, snow guard brackets and sheet metal flashings
- Final cleaning after demolition

Roofing work:
- Counter-battening 30/50 mm, S10 nailed to rafters.
- Roof battens 40/60, S10
- Slate roofing as rectangular double roofing
- Making wall connections
- Roof connection to valley of Sahuré hall, connection to bitumen shingles

Roof plumbing work:
- Renew hanging gutters
- Renewing rainwater downpipes
- Eave strip as drip plate and gutter inlet
- Eaves strip as gutter hanging sheet
- Ventilation grids at eaves
- Edging of existing roof structures
- Renew snow guard grating

Carpentry and timber construction work
- Replacement of damaged timbers/flanging reinforcements
- Renewal of the inter-rafter insulation in the area above Kalabscha Gate
- Doubling of the valley planks in the area of the Sahuré connection
- Height compensation on rafters
- Roof sheathing on wooden rafters at the roof overhang

Waste disposal, recycling and removal
- of hazardous waste (asbestos; bitumen, KMF, wood)
- of non-hazardous waste (construction waste, industrial waste, wood, metal)
- waste documentation

Start of execution:
No later than 12 working days after receipt of the contract letter, April 2021.

Completion of services by:
09/21 according to construction schedule
