This PROJECT IS A STANDARD LOW BID PROJECT and includes: GENERAL CONSTRUCTIONThe work under this Contract shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, material, devices, tools and equipment required for the replacement of approx. 36,500 sf of existing TPO and EPDM roofing located at 40 Fisher Avenue, Jonestown, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents.ESTIMATED RANGE: General Construction - $1,000,001.00 - $1,500,000.00ESTIMATED RANGE: Liquidated Damages: General Construction - $370.00 per dayMANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: The Pre-Bid Conference will take place on THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 12, 2024, at 9:00AM at the Lickdale Facility - 40 Fisher Avenue, Jonestown, PA, Lebanon County, PA. ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS MUST BE PRESENT TO SUBMIT A BID SUBMISSION.Questions are due back by COB 4:30PM EST on SEPTEMBER 20, 2024.DATE FOR RECEIVING BIDS IS SEPTEMBER 30, 2024, AT 2:00P.M.The Department of General Services Public Works and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities (BDISBO) identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals.This is a significant programmatic change from the SDB and SB Participation program contained in prior Projects issued by Public Works. Bidders now must agree to meet the SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals.
