Description
Bids are solicited for a Gym Ventilation Upgrade project at Riverdale (Site 059) Elementary School at14835-108A Avenue Surrey, BC Canada V3R 1W9. Solicit bids will only be accepted from theprequalified contractors who are on the Roster of RFPQ 2020-58-FW - Prequalification forMechanical Contractors. If you are not currently on the roster and would like to be considered,please register for BC Bid notifications to be notified when the next refresh process takes place.Electronic bid packages will be available online on Bonfire athttps://surreyschools.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/85285Note: Potential Bidders are advised that at the time of issuing this Invitation to Bid, School DistrictNo. 36 (Surrey) has not fully secured the anticipated funding necessary for the completion of thisproject. In the event that anticipated funding is not fully secured, it may be necessary to terminatethe project prior to completion. Please refer to Part 1.3 Supplementary Conditions – Amendment#29.2. Closing timeBid needs to be submitted by the undersigned, no later than 14:00:00 (2:00:00 pm), November 26,2024, local time through Bonfire.3. Site VisitA Mandatory Site Visit will be held at the main entrance of Riverdale (Site 059) Elementary Schoolat 14835-108A Avenue Surrey, BC Canada V3R 1W9 on November 05, 2024, at 09:00 AM.Contractors are responsible to confirm the existing site and building(s) conditions. Claims foradditional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have beenreasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site. Bids will not be accepted byContractors who do not attend the scheduled mandatory site visit.
