Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU Games gGmbH ("RR 2025") intends to conclude a time-limited framework agreement with a contractual partner, under which individual orders will be placed, for the provision of services for signal transmission and internet connections for the major multi-sport event "FISU World University Games 2025", which will take place in the Rhine-Ruhr and Berlin region from July 16 to 27, 2025. A high-quality TV production is being prepared for this major event, which will be broadcast around the world. The subject of this tender is the transmission and distribution of the broadcast signals via fiber optics to the International Broadcast Center (IBC) at Messe Essen Hall 3 and from there to an OTT provider in Milan, Italy, specified by FISU. In order to utilize synergies, this also includes the provision of suitable and protected internet connections at the venues. The venues are spread across the cities of Bochum, Duisburg, Essen, Mühlheim an der Ruhr and Berlin.
