Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH (rnv) transports an average of around 580,000 passengers a day in the cities of Mannheim, Heidelberg and Ludwigshafen and the surrounding area from Weinheim to Bad Dürkheim.
In order to realize the expansion of the light rail network in the Vorderpfalz region, consulting and communication services are required to support the planning of the measure in terms of communication and to accompany the exchange process with the stakeholders involved. The tendered services include the analysis of stakeholders, strategic consulting in political communication, the conceptual and creative development of a communication concept, the creation of a campaign brand and the creation of content for a project website and social media channels.
