HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.BREIF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, Roof Replacement At Paramedic Services Station 28 located at 171 Major Mackenzie Drive West in the City of Richmond Hill, as further described in the Specifications and the Drawings. Further details described in Appendix A of the RFT Particulars - The Deliverables.MANADATORY REQUIREMENTS:DEPOSIT:  All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount generated on the Bidding Website in the Schedule of Prices and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Appendix E and F..BIDDER'S MEETING: Bidders are invited to attend a site visit / information meeting to be held on the date, time and place set out on the Bidding Website.
