Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity.Request for Tender No. 2024R4-038-01For: COUNTY ROAD 4 PHASE 1 WIDENING AND RECONSTRUCTION The County of Simcoe is requesting Tenders from vendors pre-qualified under opportunity RFPQ # 2023-120 Tier 1 Roads Construction Contractors.This bid opportunity involves the reconstruction of County Road 4 from approximately 290 m south of 9th Line to approximately 700 m north of 10th Line in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury. The scope includes widening to a four-lane cross section, including a flush median, addition of auxiliary lanes, multi-use trail, and storm sewers. The intersection of County Road 4 and 9th Line will be upgraded to include traffic signals.*To minimize road closure and to expedite project completion, the County has preordered and purchased the large concrete box culvert at the 10th Line intersection.For a more complete description, please see drawings, specifications and Appendix A Special Provisions.
