Atlantic Technological University (ATU) seeks tender submissions from economic operators for the provision of consultancy services to undertake a strategic assessment of the entire ATU capital estate together with a preliminary business case in accordance with the Infrastructure Guidelines December 2023 replacing the Public Spending Code 2019.
