Description
AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the SAP Business Network posting response closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. Unless specified otherwise in the tender opportunity, all required supporting documentation and responses must be submitted by November 27, 2024 at 2:00PM EST. All responses submitted after 2:00PM EST will result in the response being declared non-responsive. Public Services Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Correctional Service Canada, is establishing a Supply Arrangement Agreement to qualify suppliers to replace obsolete ESS technologies within Federal Correctional institutions across Canada. Offerors must provide equipment and software for a new Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS) Perimeter Security ManagementSystem (PSMS) and Interior Security Management System (ISMS). This document contains a security requirement. A Supplier or a representative of the Supplier must attend a virtual site visit. Arrangements have been made for a virtual site visit to be held via MS Teams on Thursday November 7th, 2024 at 2:00PM EST. Suppliers must communicate with the Supply Arrangement Authority before the site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
