Description
The existing Auditorium heat pump is not repairable and requires replacement to heat and cool the Auditorium.The temporary removal of the heat pump located directly underneath the Auditorium heat pump.The removal of the existing auditorium heat pump from the building and the Zoo site.Bringing the new heat pump to the second-floor mechanical room.Installation of the new heat pump as per the manufacturer’s instructions.All condensate drain piping to be done in PVC pipe.Thermostat to be replaced with digital (non-programmable).Filters need to be Merv 13 four inches thick.All electrical work requires an ESA permit and Inspection.Commissioning for approval by HTS.Reinstall heat pump underneath new heat pump.TENTATIVE Project Completion: By 2024-12-31.
