AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 29, 2024 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Defence Research and Development located at Ralston, Alberta requires a contract for the replacement of a water pond liner. The pond is approximately 50 meters in diameter and 8 metres deep in the center. All work must be completed by June 13, 2025. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS4724417766 dated 2024/09/19 with a closing of 2024/10/07 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation.
