Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract (Appendix A) with the B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) to provide Waste Sorting and Hauling Services to the Vancouver Convention Centre (“VCC”).  PavCo, at its option and sole discretion, may have the successful Proponent provide Waste Management Services.  The scope of work and responsibilities are defined in section 1.  It is anticipated that the Contract will commence November 1, 2024.  The Initial Term of the Contract will be for three (3) years with two Renewal Terms of two (2) years each.  The option to renew is at the sole and absolute discretion of PavCo.  PavCo also reserves the right to split award.This RFP is not an invitation to treat and not a tender or an offer and there is no intention by the B.C. Pavilion Corporation to make an offer by releasing this RFP.
