The Town of Greater Napanee (Town) is an urban/rural municipality with a population of approximately 16,000 located on the north shore of Lake Ontario. With access on Highway 401, the community is:Halfway between Toronto and MontrealTwo hours from Ottawa/Toronto30 minutes east of Belleville30 minutes west of KingstonIn recent years, the Town has experienced residential growth, with several new subdivisions as well as industrial and commercial developments. This Request for Proposals (the “RFP') is an invitation by the Town of Greater Napanee (the ”Town") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the monitoring, sampling and reporting on the Town owned and operated waste disposals sites for the period of 2025-2030.
