Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-42-24 Supply of Traffic Signal Pre-emption/Priority System, as further described in Section B.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).The City of Peterborough’s current traffic signal pre-emption system is aging and needs replacement. They City is seeking a qualified manufacturer/distributor/integrator to supply, and deliver new traffic signal technology that would modernize traffic signal pre-emption/priority capabilities. The City is interested in a state of the art solution that is capable of communicating to the traffic signal controller through National Transportation Communications for Intelligent Transportation Systems (NTCIP).
