Description
EfficiencyOne is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to source a qualified firm to deliver the Efficiency Nova Scotia Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Service. The SEM Service is a program that offers participating companies an approach to achieve long term electricity energy savings by focusing on employee engagement, monitoring and management of regular operational activities, and taking action on no-cost/ low-cost energy efficiency opportunities. Efficiencyone is seeking responses from interested companies with experience in providing the following types of services:Design, implementation, and delivery of an SEM program to deliver measurable and verifiable energy savings;Assessment of and continuous improvements to SEM program design and delivery;Delivery of energy efficiency, demand reduction, and/ or behavioral change programs, to industrial customers; and.Development of energy models, for individual program participants, that meet industry standards for the creation of an energy baseline and for the quantification of verifiable energy savings.
