Description

The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and implement an Integrated Business Resiliency Planning (IBRP) Cloud-Based Software Solution utilizing Software as a Service (SaaS) across Regional Departments. This solution aims to streamline and consolidate the Region's operational resilience efforts by providing a unified solution for managing Business Continuity, Risk Management and IT Disaster Recovery Programs.For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents.MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:Mandatory Solution Requirements outlined in Section 3.1 and 3.2 - Mandatory Solution Requirements of Appendix A. The Proponent shall indicate compliance with Mandatory Solution Requirements by completing the YES/NO column in Step 2, Table 1 - Mandatory Solution Requirements in Bidding Website. The proposals that do not comply with all Mandatory Solution Requirements will be rejected as a non-compliant for failure to meet a Mandatory Technical Requirement.Cloud Security Assessment Questionnaire (CSAQ): The Proponents must demonstrate that the proposed solution meets the Region's mandatory technical requirement related to cloud security. It is mandatory requirement that proponents submit a fully completed Cloud Security Assessment ("CSAQ") with their proposal.
