Summary DetailsThe District of Summerland (the “District”) is requesting expressions of interest from residential developers who may be interested in the Summerland Eco-Village Development Opportunity, as further described below.The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEOI”) is to ascertain market interest and to gather feedback that may be useful to the District with respect to a potential future procurement process or other initiative. This RFEOI is not: (i) a call for tenders or competitive bid solicitation; (ii) a request for prequalification; (iii) a notice of intended procurement; or (iv) a notice of planned procurement. Please refer to the RFQ documents for more information. Opportunity Documentsbids&tenders is the only authorized website to obtain expressions of interest documents for this District of Summerland opportunity. To obtain documents online please visit https://summerland.bidsandtenders.ca. You can preview the documents with a Preview watermark prior to registering for the opportunity. The District of Summerland shall not be held responsible for documents that are located on any other website. The Opportunity documents set out: The details of opportunity;The process for the Request for Expressions of Interest;Terms & Conditions of RFEOI process; andThe documents that a Respondent should submit. Submission of Expressions of InterestTo be considered, Responses must be submitted electronically via the Opportunity notice posted to bids&tenders, accessible via https://summerland.bidsandtenders.ca.
