Description
The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy (Ministry) is requesting services to review methane emissions sources and practices for reducing methane emissions in BC natural gas distribution networks. The intention of this project is to better understand the source of methane emissions in distribution networks and recommend a in-depth field measurement study scope.
