Description
The demand for new apartments in Israel remains exceptionally high. In response to this challenging situation, Israel is intensifying efforts to increase residential construction through advanced building technologies and methods.
The Israeli government is inviting experienced foreign construction firms to apply for inclusion in the Foreign Contractors Registry authorized to build residential buildings in Israel ("the Registry").
This initiative is only relevant for large construction firms with:
- annual turnover of at least $100 million
- max debt to equity ratio of 60% or 80% depending on revenue
- at least 6 years’ experience of 10 residential buildings of a minimum of 8,000 square feet
