Description
With this invitation to participate a Dynamic Procurement System (later DPS) is set up. The target of the DPS is acquiring external quality assessment service, used in the laboratories of HUS Diagnostic Center (clinical chemistry, clinical microbiology, pathology/histopathology and genetics). The service should include samples, handling and feedback of the results. The acquired services are defined in detail in each further competition during the DPS.The DPS is a joint procurement project of HUS and ISLAB (Eastern Finland Laboratory Centre Joint Authority Enterprise, located in the city of Kuopio). HUS coordinates the cooperation in establishing the DPS.The duration of the DPS is 48 months.
This DPS is targeted at the external quality assessment services needed by the laboratories of HUS Diagnostic Center (listed in II.1.4). External quality assessment services procured through the DPS directly support quality management of laboratory operations. Thus, the content of the service and the substantive accuracy of the results provided have a key role to play for HUS.
