Description of the Requirement:
The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) has a requirement for a 3 Intermediate Subject Mater Experts for instructional design and development services for Barker College, at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Winnipeg.
Barker College requires the services of a these SMEs to develop, evaluate and teach unclassified courseware for various Air Operations related courses.
Level of Security Requirement:
Company Minimum Security Level Required - Reliability
Resource Minimum Security Level Required - Reliability
Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement. The Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from 24 Aug 2020 to 31 March 2021. It is anticipated that 2 resources will be required for the period from 24 Aug 2020 to 31 Mar 2021 and 1 resource will be required for the period from 24 Aug 2020 to 20 Dec 2020.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 162 days for 2 resources and 90 days for 1 resource.
