Description
NOTICE: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), located at 3610 Collins Ferry Road Morgantown, WV 26505 has a requirement for Non-Hazardous Solid Waste (Trash) Collection Services per the attached Statement of Work (SOW) requirements:• Base Year: 12/01/2024 – 11/30/2025• Option Year 1: 12/01/2025 – 11/30/2026• Option Year 2: 12/01/2026 – 11/30/2027• Option Year 3: 12/01/2027 – 11/30/2028• Option Year 4: 12/01/2028 – 11/30/2029Interested vendors are strongly encouraged to submit their quotation on the attached RFQ Standard Form (SF) 18, and provide all supporting documents, as necessary, via the FedConnect portal at www.fedconnect.net by Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 5:00 PM ET. Any quotation submitted via email will not be accepted. EVALUATION: Selection will be based on the vendor’s quotation that is considered technically acceptable with the lowest firm-fixed price quote and vendor must also demonstrate or provide documentation that they can legally operate in the City of Morgantown, WV whether it is via contract, certificate of convenience from Public Service Commission (PSC) or a certification from the offeror. The Government anticipates issuing a single award from this RFQ. To be considered for evaluation, vendors must quote on all items/services listed in the solicitation. Vendors shall submit descriptive literature detailing features, technical capabilities, and warranty data (as necessary). Technical acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this solicitation in meeting the attached SOW requirements. Therefore, it is essential that vendors provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc., in order for the Government evaluation team to make an adequate technical assessment of the quote as meeting technical acceptability.PRICING: A separate price quote shall be included with the vendor’s quote response. This RFQ provides for a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote for all requirements as described herein.
