Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of an integrated IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) CORE/Telephony Application Server (TAS) solution, as further described below (the “Deliverables”):

SaskTel is seeking a solution to provide this compliance, as well as possible Unified Communication & Collaboration (UC&C) services for business customers.
The Deliverables include:

A integrated IMS/TAS solution that meets 3GPP Rel16 compliance.
Applicable to voice services (wireline, wireless, residential, business) over all associated technologies (wireline, VoIP, wireless).
Meet GMSA standards as it relates to VoLTE, VoWiFi and VoNR.
Introduce functionality to meet current requirements and provide a base for future requirements.
Complete network integration, flexibility, reliability and expandability to evolve future IMS Core/TAS service.
Possible support to UC&C as it relates to business communications.

Mandatory Requirements:
 Bidders are encouraged ensure their proposed solution meets the mandatory requirements below.

3GPP Release 15 fully compliant.
