Description

Living Sky School Division is exploring a 5 year replacement cycle for all staff and student devices division wide, dubbed “Project Greenfield”.

The purpose of this RFI is to engage with vendors to learn about their products, ability to provide devices, learn of any value adds or best practices from the vendor, and preliminary costs to present to the Budget Committee in February 2025, for implementation starting July 1, 2026.

Please note that this RFI is for informational purposes only, and no contract will be rewarded as a result of this RFI.  Rather, the information gathered here will help inform LSKYSD on solutions in the market, if Project Greenfield is feasible, an approximate budget cost, and help shape the RFP if Project Greenfield goes ahead.
