Description
Replacement of LMC gate intercom system with maintenance and inspection; scope of services:; -Dismantling and disposal of existing system; -Delivery of a new intercom system; -Assembly and commissioning of the new intercom system ready for operation; -Documentation; -Instruction of IWP employees in the operation of the new intercom system; -Electronic provision of training materials and documentation after performance of the service; -Inspection and maintenance of the system over a period of 4 years + 1 year extension option; ****; A site inspection is mandatory for all participants in the award procedure before submitting a tender.The fully completed and signed form "Confirmation of participation in the site visit" must be submitted with the tender.
