Description
The Project Manager, CENTRE DE SERVICES SCOLAIRE DE KAMOURASKA - RIVIÈRE-DU-LOUP, having its head office at 464, rue Lafontaine, C.P. 910, Rivière-du-Loup (Québec) G5R 3Z5, is requesting tenders for the construction work on the above-mentioned project.
Tender documents can only be obtained through the SÉAO electronic tendering system (www.seao.ca or, for the Montreal region, 514 856-6600, or toll-free outside Quebec 1-866-669-7326).
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK :
The work involves removing the underground fuel oil tank, making above-ground arrangements to reinstall a new tank, and reconnecting all lines to the oil kettle. At the same time, it will be necessary to replace the under-slab oil separator in the heavy machinery workshop.
WORK LOCATION :
The work will take place at Centre de formation professionnel Pavillon-de-l'Avenir, located at 65 rue Sainte-Anne, Rivière-du-Loup (Québec) G5R 1P3.
RECEIPT OF BIDS :
Electronic bids may only be submitted via the Quebec government's electronic tendering system (SÉAO) at www.seao.ca.
In the case of electronic bids, bids must be submitted (encrypted, transmitted, time-stamped and saved on the SEAO servers) before the date and time set for receipt of bids.
The public body cannot be held responsible for Internet traffic for the electronic transmission of bids. It is the responsibility of the bidder to allow additional time for transmission.
Paper bids will be received at the Rivière-du-Loup point of service. Please advise us by e-mail of the date and time of submission.
Only contractors with a business office in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by current agreements and holding the required license under the Building Act are eligible to bid.
A contractor holding a restricted license issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec or registered in the register of companies ineligible for public contracts (RENA) and whose period of ineligibility for public contracts has not ended, is not eligible to submit a bid; these two cases of ineligibility also apply to the bidder's subcontractors.
In the case of a contract involving an expenditure equal to or greater than the amount determined by the government, the service provider must be authorized to contract by the Autorité des marchés financiers on the date the bid is submitted.
Bidders are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both in terms of their solvency and the content of their bids, and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses.

A site visit will be organized by the Project Manager. This will take place on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 3:00 pm. If you wish to take advantage of this visit, please notify us by e-mail at resmat@csskamloup.gouv.qc.ca by 4:00 p.m. on the business day preceding the visit.
During the visit, representatives of the Project Manager will answer questions from bidders. The Centre de services scolaires de Kamouraska - Rivière-du-Loup will not be held responsible for any lack of knowledge of the site.
