The site visits will be held on November 12, 2024 and on October 13, 2024 both at 9:00 am EDT. Meet Martin Legris at 6100 Royalmount Avenue, Shipping/Receiving, Montreal, Quebec, H4P 2R 2. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site and their tenders, therefore, will be considered as nonresponsive. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
