Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP), subject to potential amendments through Addenda, is issued by the Village of Masset to invite capable and experienced Proponents to bid on delivering watermain infrastructure improvements. The project scope involves the replacement of existing Asbestos Cement watermains with diameters of 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm throughout the Village of Masset. These replacements are necessary to facilitate the timely execution of repaving works (Masset Paving Program – Phase II) scheduled for 2025.The selected Proponent will be responsible for the replacement of the specified watermains, including associated works such as excavation, installation, backfilling, and testing. The project ensures the continuity of the Village’s essential infrastructure in preparation for planned roadway improvements.
