Description
Purpose: The work consists of, but is not limited to, repairing or rehabilitating, in whole or in part, manholes, catch basins, manhole covers or other drainage elements targeted by the CentredeservicescolairedesPatriotes.Leprestatairedeservicesfurnishesthe labor, materials, tools, equipment, vehicles, machinery and signage required to carry out the work.

VALIDITY OF BIDS
The bid is valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the bid opening date with a maximum extension of 10 days upon request by the CSSP.
Obtaining documents : Tenderers must obtain tender documents directly from the "SÉAO" tender posting system, failing which their tender will not be considered.
Any bidder interested in entering into a contract of $25,000 or more with the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION must hold an attestation from Revenu Québec (ARQ). Tenderers must submit the attestation (ARQ) to the CSSP with their tender, otherwise their tender will be automatically rejected. The Revenu Québec attestation must be valid until the end of the 3-month period following the month in which it was issued.
The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a SUBMITTER, if this request is sent less than three (3) working days before the date and time set for the receipt of bids.
The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION does not undertake to accept any of the bids received.
