Description

The Ville de Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of a 905-metre section of rue du Lac-Marier, including replacement of culverts, sidewalks, curbs and related work. The successful bidder will be required to carry out the work in accordance with the plans and specifications produced by FNX-INNOV inc. Tender documents are available on the SÉAO website. Fees are set according to the rates established by SÉAO. A bid security of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid. Only bids submitted by contractors having an establishment in Quebec or in territories covered by applicable agreements and holding the required license under the Building Act will be considered. This contract is subject to the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). If you are interested in this work, please submit your bid in a sealed envelope marked "SUBMISSION - Travaux de réfection d'un tronçon de la rue du Lac-Marier # TP-202407-078" to the Town Clerk's Office at 88, chemin Masson, Lac-Masson, Québec J0T 1L0, before the closing date of 3 p.m. on September 18, 2024. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all liability to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
