SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $45M
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
SITE VISIT: If you wish to attend a site visit, please send an email to paul.white@usda.gov with the title “12405B25R0003 Site Visit Registration” with the attendee’s name(s), along with company information. Contractors must be registered to attend the site visit. If Contractors are not registered, they will not be permitted to the site.
SITE VISIT DATE: December 4, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. CST
This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), 100% Small Business set aside.
Proposal Submission shall be emailed to shalunda.mix@usda.gov with the subject line “RFP 12405B25R0003, Repair Hurricane Francine Damage, Houma, LA”. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure the Government is in receipt of the proposal by the deadline NLT 2:00 PM CT, December 19, 2024.
Vendors shall provide all requested information referenced in section L.9. Failure to provide all requested information will result in the offer being found non-responsive, thus ineligible for award.
Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management, (SAM), prior to submitting a quote. Registration can be obtained through: http://www.sam.gov.
