Description
The baggage handling systems that are the subject of this contract award procedure are located in Terminal 2 (T2) and in the satellite, including tunnel connections from T2 to the central building and Terminal 1 Modules B and C, as well as from T2 to the satellite. The baggage conveyor system in Terminal 1 is not the subject of the present award procedure. The contract covers technical support for the systems, such as troubleshooting, system inspection, preventive maintenance, general overhaul measures, repairs, damage processing and independent spare parts management and the arrangement of corresponding repeat orders via the customer.The stationary equipment of the baggage handling system currently includes:- check-in conveyor belt systems (149 for normal baggage, 4 for bulky baggage),- delivery carousels for arrivals (11),- removal carousels for check-in baggage (24),- conveyor system closures F90 (160),- container conveyor technology with a total length of approx. 45 km,- early baggage storage (capacity 4,360 for normal baggage, 184 for bulky baggage,- the plant's host computer system,- 258 PLC S7-416, high-current control divided into 258 control cabinetsand approx. 1,400 power sub-distributors,- approx. 70 multi-function coding workstations with cable or radio barcode scanners distributed throughout the plant,- the entire stand-alone network with active and passive components of the baggage handling system incl. about 50 COM cabinets,- process visualization systems
The maintenance services mainly consist of:Lot 1: Mechanical / Electrical / Controls1.1 Mechanical- all belt conveyor sections- baggage outputs- tote transport system including NG and SG tubs- infeed and outfeed equipment- check-in (CI) areas- conveyor system closures (FAA)- safety closures (Efaflex)- baggage and tote equipment- lifting aids- switching operations in the GFA for third party work (e.g. cleaning) and the follow-up inspection of the system components after completion of the work1.2 Electrical / Control- Entire power and control electronics as well as programmable logic controller (PLC)- Intrinsically safe emergency stop PLC, emergency stop button- Field bus systems (ASi, Profibus, RS485, in future Profinet)- Operating consoles, display columns, passageway buttons- CI switch devices including scales and displays- Control FAA and its uninterruptible power supply (UPS)- Light barriers / sensors, light scanners, empty/full controls, tank scanners, drives, motor starters, frequency converters- entire electrical power distribution from the input terminal of the feed cabinets in the GFA- switching operations at the higher-level power supply outlets in the- NN, GEVA, GEVB network which are used to feed the GFA control cabinets and the computer cabinets.- Control interfaces to X-ray stages 1, 2, 31.3 Cleaning of GFA components- Monthly cleaning of all FSA terminations in the course of maintenance work or expert inspections- Regular cleaning of switch and control cabinets- Cleaning of system components (e.g. Cleaning of conveyor elements (e.g. output and sorting carousels, sorting carousels) in the course of maintenance and after repair work- Cleaning of the output and sorting carousels as well as the conveyor technology of the check-in counters twice a year (removal of labels, belt locks, dust, etc.)- Regular cleaning of GFA components in the course of maintenance work such as chutes, light barriers and mirrors, etc. - Cleaning of all GFA components in the course of maintenance work or after expert inspections. The Maintenance Services shall essentially comprise:Lot 2: GFA-IT - Hardware/Software incl. Program Maintenance2.1 GFA-IT - Computer Hardware and Software incl. Program Maintenance- Maintenance of the user-specific system software- Implementation of updates and application of patches and hotfixes at regular intervals in accordance with a patch plan to be agreed between the Principal and the Contractor- Implementation of updates and application of patches and hotfixes in addition if these are required for reasons of IT security or operational stability. The integration of updates and recommended manufacturer patches are included in the scope of delivery of the Contractor, but must be communicated to the Client and may only be installed after scheduling agreement with the Client.- Upgrades / release changes to all systems are not included in the scope of the contract, but must be pointed out to the Client.- Evaluations of log files and evaluations of baggage tracking data of all installed systems are to be provided in readable and editable form upon request by the Client; preferably in electronic form, without password protection.- Master computer system (TR, DB, DI, Scada web server, video wall web server) and their replacement systems- Process visualization system incl. Video wall- Network complete including interface to router T2 and satellite- GFA interfaces to GMS / Panda- Equipment of the control room in particular operating PC "s, file server, computer rooms, maintenance rooms and spare parts store (EAM server), including operating systems and client applications, as well as their update management- Cleaning of fans, replacement of power supply units, filter replacement, mainboard replacement, circuit board replacement, display replacement, UPS support, etc. of the systems to be supported- Regular cleaning of all computer cabinets and computer components- Regular cleaning of all network cabinets and network components- Regular cleaning/replacement of cabinet filter mats2.2 Special systems- Multifunctional consoles (MFK) including operating systems and client applications as well as their update management- Box display systems (BAS) including operating systems and client applications as well as their update management- Scanner reading gates and their peripherals at check-ins, transfer and arrival tasks- Hand-held scanners and radio hand-held scannersIt should be noted that the client does not have the necessary access to the software, but that this access lies solely with the manufacturer Siemens.
