D2. SCOPE OF WORK
D2.1 The intent of this Tender is for the City to establish a call-out list of monthly rental costs for the Rental of various Road and Construction Equipment for the Calendar year 2025. The equipment will be rented on an “as-required” basis, where and when available. The rental of Road and Construction Equipment shall be in accordance with the Specifications outlined in PART E of this document on a monthly basis from the date of award until December 31, 2025 with the option of one (1) mutually agreed upon one (1) year extension.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
