Description
RF measurement system upgrade for active load-pull measurement in mm-wave frequency range. The upgrade includes hardware and software solutions that are compatible with the existing RF measurement equipment at Fraunhofer IPMS CNT. The upgrade enables reliable and accurate power-controlled S-parameters measurement in waveguide frequency bands such as WR6.5 (110 ? 170 GHz) or WR4.3 (170 ? 260 GHz). The upgrade also enables large-signal measurement with active load-pull technique for large-signal characterization in non-50-? environments.
